Q: When should I expect to receive my purchases?

A: All of our merchandise is made to order with your design and maybe, some personalisation. Typically, you receive your T-shirt at the event (free of charge). Otherwise, it is posted. We cannot guarantee it will arrive by post before the event!

Q: Can branded or personalised items be exchanged?

A: Once items have been branded and/or personalised, they cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

Q: Do you have any specific laundry instructions for the garments?

A: Yes. If the garment has been printed then wash at maximum 40oC and do NOT tumble dry. Otherwise, there is a risk of print deterioration.
